After 35 years of experience in the breeding of pigs born and raised in the Garda hills, Catullo is born, a brand new very high quality antibiotic free cooked ham: coming from thighs suitable for typical productions and D.O.P.

A product that embodies the ancient agricultural tradition and the care of the production chain, through a precise and certified program in the various steps, aimed at animal welfare, from the environment in which it lives, to the guaranteed feeding that aims
to the use of cereals and fresh whey without the use of by-products, until processing and marketing. The philosophy is that of good and healthy, inspired by the dictates of the World Health Organization to counteract bacterial resistance to antibiotics.

Precisely with this objective have chosen to produce a free antibiotic ham, which provides for the exclusion of antibiotic administration starting from the 49th day of life of the pig. An even more controlled environmental condition where further checks on sanitary conditions and less stress for animal health are expected. The care and attention we pay to the supply chain translates into a healthy and compact ham, tasty on the palate with a characteristic enveloping perfume.
