Porchetta, or roast pork, is obtained from cooking a young pig in the oven. Suckling piglets with a few other natural ingredients like salt, spices and herbs. As with our other products, there are no additives or preservatives. The roasting is done at low temperature for about 25 hours, to get a very tender product, well balanced with a light amount of spices and herbs, which give the flavour, while remaining a delicate and elegant product. HOW TO USE: Ideal for events and catering. To enhance the flavour, serve it sliced at room temperature and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
