Baked pork leg is obtained from pork ham, with the addition of a pinch of salt: it contains no additives or preservatives. The roasting is done at low temperature for about 25 hours to obtain a very tender product, and almost buttery to the palate. The delicacy of the meat is beautifully enhanced as there is practically no other ingredient. The scent of the baking and the sweetness of the thigh make it a very elegant product. HOW TO USE: Serve in slices at room temperature and add salt and pepper to taste.
