Baked pork leg is obtained from pork ham, with the addition of a pinch of salt, herbs, and spices: it contains no additives or preservatives. The roasting is done at low temperature for about a day to obtain a very tender product, and almost buttery to the palate. The delicacy of the meat is beautifully enhanced as there is practically no other ingredient. The scent of the baking and the sweetness of the thigh make it a very elegant product. HOW TO USE: Its elongated and cylindrical shape makes it ideal for the slicer machine which guarantees a fairly constant cutting diameter from beginning to end. It can also be sliced with a knife, ensuring a minimum gap. Serve in slices at room temperature and add salt and pepper to taste.
