This is the most recent addition to the specialities of the Chiapella line. It comes from the combination of two delicacies of Italian gastronomy: Piedmontese salami and Parmigiano Reggiano. One of the oldest and richest cheeses known in the world. It is a completely natural cheese, known throughout the world as the ""King of Cheeses"" because of its special production, nutritional and organoleptic characteristics that make it a unique and superior product. When mixed, these ingredients create a salami with an intense and particular taste.
