Ready-to-use product consisting of slices of summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) In oil. Truffles in brine are natural truffles in water and salt, available all year round. They are mainly used to accompany and decorate appetizers, first courses and second courses to your liking. To enhance the truffle in brine, the ideal is to add a sauce based on butter and parmesan or extra virgin olive oil.
