The best Robiola in the world made from the milk of goats and cows herded along Lake Garda. It is an Italian soft cheese. The crust is nonexistent, the paste is tender, easily spreadable, porous, the colour pure white. Due to its sweetness it is reminiscent of milk and the taste is intense, slightly tart yet delicate. Try it in different flavours: basil, chives, tomato, pepper, mountain hay, Italian flag.
